Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee our technical support teams. You will will be responsible for overseeing customer support center performance and operational improvements and enhancement efforts. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a high-growth environment as well as have the skill-set and can-do attitude to make a difference and lead.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead technical community support teams across multiple locations
  • Strategically manage project plans for community support initiatives and leverage internal partnerships to achieve results
  • Oversee development and training in order to inspire an ever-evolving team of community support professionals and achieve goals
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with all levels of leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement new and existing policies and procedures that proactively foster an environment of continuous growth
  • Identify potential challenges that impact performance, provide alternative solutions to mitigate risk, and share feedback with other business leaders
  • Empower and mentor your team to build and support a dynamic culture
  • This position requires that you have the ability to handle Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls as part of your on-boarding and as needed
  • Results-oriented with strong sense of integrity
  • Clear sense of vision: strong leadership skills, ability to pioneer initiatives, and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills: written, spoken, and in one-to-one and one-to-many settings
