On average, our manager`s portfolios consist of less than seven communities and we carefully balance workloads to ensure our managers are afforded the time to provide our clients with top quality service. We want team members for the long-term and treat our people as our most important asset.

Base salary: Commensurate with experience.
We provide a 50% split for billable projects
Typical total compensation package: $70,000-$75,000+ between base compensation and bonuses, commissions & revenue share. We do not cap our manager`s pay and have had many managers make substantially more.

Duties

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HOA operations for communities in assigned portfolio.
  • Organize and conduct board meetings, annual meetings, and community events.
  • Manage financial tasks, analyze financial reports and coordinate the budgeting process.
  • Monitor communities and assist with covenant enforcement.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Arrange and monitor maintenance contracts and work orders.
  • Monitor and manage safety and community services.
  • Maintain the official records for each association.
  • Coordinate mailings, meeting packets, and community newsletters and updates.
  • Manage special projects as directed by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • Must have a sense of humor and thick skin (if you are in this industry you already knew that!)
  • Minimum (2-3 years) community management or related experience.
  • Strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with vendor management and construction and maintenance issues.
  • Ability to keep organized, multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions and maintain professionalism.
  • Understanding of Community Association business and financial statements.
  • Proficient with basic computer programs including word processing, spreadsheets, and email/calendar programs.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity is a must.

Nice To Haves
  • Associate`s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • CMCA designation strongly preferred.
